Product is decent. Customer service is horrible. The manager “S” was very unpleasant to deal with. Placed an order and asked for a proof I never received. When the product arrive the address on logo was misspelled by 1 letter. When pointed out to “S” that shipping and billing address were correct and only the label was done wrong she took no credit and blamed me. When I informed her this original $500 order was a trial run, my company would do $10k plus in order a year but I can’t start the relationship off in the basis of me saying the company made a mistake and her blaming me, she did not care. After a grueling conversation I was told no replacements would be done and best she would do is 10% off the next order and the more I spend the more that would be worth. Decent product but worst customer service I have ever received. Based on her treatment of me alone I will be looking to spend 10k+ a year elsewhere.
Outstanding service. Great prices and speedy printing and delivery. I ordered Christmas return labels and did not correctly select the color printing that I wanted. LabelValue immediately responded to my email and are sending me replacement labels at no charge. I have been using LabelValue for my Seiko label printer for more than ten years and highly recommend this company.
Very helpful staff great price, great service
They do not honor the turn around time listed on their website. Directly on the page for the item I ordered, the website says "Fast, 5 Business Day Turnaround". When I emailed for an update, I was told that their turn around time was 10 days. Now we're on day 16 and my order still shows processing. And I paid for overnight shipping... Will not be ordering here again. I haven't even seen the product yet.
I love LabelValue! Their brand labels are fantastic and a great savings. I have ordered almost every type available for the Dynamo Twin printer and they work great. Shipping is fast and free!
We ran out of labels and needed some ASAP and I found this company that did overnight shipping, great! I paid the extra $30 or so for overnight shipping and went about my day. Well they did not even create a shipping label for the package until close of business the next day! So it is obviously not going to go out until the following day, and that is if they have Saturday pickups. Otherwise, it will be Monday. That's 5 day shipping for the cost of overnight shipping! Poor customer care if you ask me, on top of being slightly overpriced to begin with.
I've had a great experience ordering supplies from this company. I have called to place an order before and had great customer service. The website is also easy to use and I receive my orders pretty quick. I also like the rewards program. I would recommend to anyone.
